150g CRAB MEAT

30g OLIVE OIL

10g WASABI/MUSTARD

100g MAYONNAISE

10g LEMON JUICE (1 lemon)

1g COARSE BLACK PEPPER
-
CHIVES
-
BRIOCHE

Instructions
1. In a bowl, weigh all of the ingredients and mix together.
​
2. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
​
3. Plate it on some toasted brioche and garnish with chopped chives.
