Crab Soldiers

Ingredients

  • 150g CRAB MEAT

  • 30g OLIVE OIL

  • 10g WASABI/MUSTARD

  • 100g MAYONNAISE

  • 10g LEMON JUICE  (1 lemon)

  • 1g COARSE BLACK PEPPER

  • CHIVES

  • BRIOCHE

Instructions

1. In a bowl, weigh all of the ingredients and mix together.

2. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.

3. Plate it on some toasted brioche and garnish with chopped chives.
